[Chino Hills] The Boiler

The Boiler是一家位於Chino Hills的餐廳, 噱頭就是說所有的entree都是用Steam Kettle cooking (蒸汽鍋烹飪?)的方式來烹煮的. 若是喜歡美國南方口味的話, 對這種料理的接受度應該滿高的.

如果不是大group來,還滿建議坐吧檯. 因為可以一邊看一邊吃啊.

Cajun Fries

Half shell oyster. 強哥也拿了個生蠔試試, 他非常喜歡. 以後這種好料要藏在他背後我們自己偷吃就好.

House Pan Roast – Tomato cream based sauce with trinity, shrimp, crab, lobster, and clams. Served with jasmine rice.
用番茄做湯底,配上微辣的調味還滿好吃的耶!

Linguini with Clams – Chopped sea clams and little neck clams, in a white wine, garlic, lemon, butter, and basil sauce /tomato sauce served over linguini.
強哥很喜歡這linguini. 吃得乾乾淨淨, 還拿麵包沾湯吃.

Gumbo – A southern Cajun favorite! A dark spicy roux with okra, shrimp, crab, white fish, clams and andouille sausage served with rice.
我知道如果要made from scratch的話, gumbo做起來是又費工又複雜的, 所以這種費工的東西,當然就是在餐廳點來吃.

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp – Molasses marinated shrimp, stuffed with pepper jack cheese wrapped with applewood bacon, served with red wine mustard sauce.

晚餐的價位跟午餐差滿多的, 幾乎都在$17~$21之間. 我們家是覺得頗貴. 下次若要再來,會選午餐時間而且選坐吧檯.
