豬肉金菇捲
February 20, 2009 7:56 pm [Cook]Atsushi

Looks Yummy~
I have something that I keep in my fridge, it’s a godsend for anyone too lazy to buy/cut/grow fresh herbs.

Put a little bit of this on the mushroom before wrapping them and you definetly won’t need any sauces.
Oh, and next time, try using prosciutto (buy the cheap kind, since you’ll be cooking it) it’s salted, it’s thin. With prosciutto and basil, you don’t even need to add anymore salt (the more herbs you have, the less salt you need to use)

Nice food & Nice Pic. In fact we are going to black cherry tonight. Forgot to tell you, we mentioned that we saw your blog about his restaurant. He was very grateful of you. In the end, he gave us the unique 90 degree bow.
PS. What camera do you have? Canon? what is the lens?

Johnny,
No dipping sauce, only salt & pepper.
James,
Next time when I have a potluck party, you are invited.
Guest E,
Camera….I have a Panasonic LX-3 & a Canon 20D. This particular posting’s photos all came out from LX-3 oh.
sarah,
妳把James的留言看過一遍,照他的做法做應該會更好吃. (妳手怎麼了阿? )

Care to share with me where to get the thin pork slices shown in your pictures? I try to avoid purchasing any pork items since they most likely carry the bloody smell even after fully cooked!! I simply couldn’t find any store that provide the same quality of meat which we could easily get back in Asia, say it Taiwan or Japan… How sad…

We got the thin sliced pork from Zion market. I am very sensitive to the bloody smell you described as well. I’m ok this one we got from Zion.
Eileen,
愛唷…不能跟妳做的比啦. 心情好一點了沒?
