小籠包

我們特地買了竹蒸籠回家蒸跟黃先生買的小籠包.用這種蒸法跟用那種電子蒸籠蒸…真的差很大. 電子蒸籠會讓水蒸氣滴到小龍包上面, 小籠包的皮都變軟軟的口感不好也容易破. 用竹蒸籠就不同了.

水蒸氣蒸發,不影響皮的口感. 而小籠包裡面能夠容納的湯汁更是多到無法想像. 13號星期五這天拿出來蒸給客人們吃….都沒有人在客氣的啦. 客氣就吃不到了.

買了黃先生的小籠包, 就最好也能買個蒸籠回家, 才不會辜負了美味會噴汁的小籠包阿~

    You can get the bamboo steam set in some 2nd hand/ thrift store,
    sometimes they have brand new ones, I got mine a new one for 3 bucks only
    and it does make huge different when comes to steam :)
